Pronouns - she/her/hers

I am a clinical intern currently enrolled at the University of St. Thomas for a Masters in Social Work (MSW) with the hopes of obtaining my LICSW. I am versed in trauma-informed care and obtained my Masters in Public Health (MPH) in 2017, with a focus on mental health disparities.

My professional interest includes eliminating disparities among racial, ethnic, and other disparaged groups. I currently work as a Contract Analyst with adult mental health contracts and use my position to champion equity and equality for the residents I serve. I have worked with adults and adolescents across all socio- economic backgrounds and am particularly interested in family of origin issues and historical trauma. Clinical approaches that I would like to incorporate with clients include cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR and DBT/DBT-C.

I have a unique perspective on mental wellness as I have and continue to embark on my own journey of healing. I truly believe that all of us are born with everything we need to be the best “Us” we can be. My passion is to guide others to find their own path.
