We are stronger together! JustUs Health is working to heal the fractures our communities experience from oppressive forces. Our group therapies help lift each person in the room up so they can thrive. Here are the groups we are currently recruiting for:

DBT Skills for LGBTQIA+ People

DBT is designed for people who experience on-going disruption and dysregulation in their lives. In the group, we focus on mindfulness techniques, interpersonal skills, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation. Each group will consist of 4-8 people who will meet two (2) times per week to learn and practice skills from these areas to help life feel well within your control.

Out-of-Control Sexual Behavior

It’s time to rethink sex addiction and have honest conversations about sexual health. Join a group of people who are questioning their sexual behavior and how it’s impacting their life. This group provides a sex-positive, judgment-free space to explore some of the complicated ways sexual behaviors may be interrupting your life – mov away from shame and move towards connecting with others!

Sex and Recovery

Sexuality plays a role in your recovery! By discovering, accepting, and caring for your sexual health, you can experience deep healing from shame, guilt, and even trauma. This group is a safe space, free from judgment, where you can be honest, explore, heal, protect your recovery, create hope, and enhance your fulfillment with your eroticism.
