The Aliveness Project provides programs and services designed to assist individuals living with HIV to maintain or improve their quality of life.
Services offered include medical and non-medical case management, HIV prevention services for partners of HIV-positive individuals, health and wellness seminars for those living with HIV, and integrative therapy programs. A registered dietitian is available to provide medical nutrition counseling by appointment. The Aliveness Project offers monthly access to a food shelf by appointment only. Lunch is offered Monday – Friday, evening meals Monday - Thursday, and Saturday brunch. The Aliveness Project also coordinates a holiday program. Individuals must be a registered member of The Aliveness Project prior to accessing services. Membership is free. Call to schedule an appointment to become a member.
